Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, carefully assembled, quality-checked, polished, and packaged before it begins its journey to you.
Unlike mass-produced jewellery that's picked off a warehouse shelf, every BOB order is prepared with intention.
That's why we ask for a little patience.
We promise it'll be worth the wait.
Our Processing Time
Every order is handcrafted after your order is confirmed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewellery to be created, quality checked, carefully packaged, and dispatched.
Some orders may leave our studio sooner.
Some may require the full processing time depending on:
• The design you've chosen
• Current order volume
• Material availability
• Handcrafting and finishing time
Quality will always come before speed.

Shipping Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partners.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, public holidays, extreme weather, natural events, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
We'll always do our best to get your jewellery to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed clearly during checkout before your payment is completed.
Any promotional free shipping offers will also be mentioned at checkout.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email.
This confirms we've received your order and your BOB journey has officially begun.
Please ensure your email address and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.
They're how we'll keep you updated.
Order Tracking
The moment your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link via email or SMS.
From there, you can follow your jewellery's journey right to your doorstep.
(We know you'll probably refresh it more than once. We would too.)
Delivery Delays
Sometimes life happens.
Courier delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• High shipping volumes
• Transportation disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Serviceability issues
• Unexpected courier operational delays
While we'll always coordinate with our courier partners, these situations are unfortunately outside our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
This includes:
• Full name
• House or apartment number
• Street name
• Landmark (if required)
• City
• State
• PIN code
• Mobile number
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur.
BOB cannot be held responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information.
Your courier wants directions.
Not a treasure hunt.
Changing Your Address
Need to update your delivery address?
Email us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If production has already begun or your parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
We'll always try our best.
No promises once it's already on the road.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts.
If you're unavailable, please coordinate with the courier using the tracking details provided.
If all delivery attempts fail, your parcel may be returned to us.
We'd much rather your jewellery meet you than come back for a second visit.
Return to Origin (RTO)
If your parcel is returned to us due to:
• An incorrect address
• An incomplete address
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failure to respond to courier attempts
It will be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases, additional shipping and handling charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Please help us avoid unnecessary travel adventures for your jewellery.
It prefers wrists and necks over warehouses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date if tracking indicates an issue).
We'll work closely with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Your satisfaction matters to us.
International Shipping
At the moment, Bee Orchid Beauty ships within India only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
When it is, you'll definitely hear us celebrate.
