Why Your Order Takes Up to 2 weeks

Every order is prepared with care after it's placed.

Some require detailed finishing and quality checks.

Before your jewellery leaves our studio, every piece is carefully inspected, cleaned, polished, and packed.

This is why we ask you to allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handcrafted, quality checked, beautifully packaged, and dispatched.

We know waiting isn't always fun.

But we'd rather make you wait a little longer than send you something we're not proud of.

Because once it arrives, we want your first thought to be, "Worth every single penny."

The Materials We Choose

Materials are prepared.

Production begins.

Quality checks are scheduled.

Packaging is planned.

Because every order receives individual attention, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

This allows us to focus on creating beautiful jewellery rather than dealing with refused deliveries and unnecessary waste.

Why We Don't Accept Returns

Every BOB piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully prepared for the person who ordered it.

Because of the handcrafted nature of our jewellery—and for hygiene reasons—we don't accept returns or exchanges simply because you've changed your mind.

We always encourage you to read product descriptions carefully, check measurements, and reach out if you need help choosing.

We're genuinely happy to help before you place your order.

However, if your jewellery arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll absolutely make it right.

Because when it's our mistake—
