How long will my order take?

Every Bee Orchid Beauty piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches, never mass produced. We carefully make every order from start to finish, so please allow up to 2 weeks for your jewellery to be handcrafted and dispatched.
Trust us, it's worth the wait.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Not at the moment.
The moment you place an order, we begin preparing your jewellery specifically for you.
Since every piece is handcrafted using thoughtfully sourced materials and original beads, we currently accept prepaid orders only.
We believe in creating beautiful jewellery, not rushing beautiful jewellery.

Our jewellery is crafted using premium materials, including anti-tarnish components wherever applicable.

Can I customise my jewellery?
Sometimes, yes.

Can I cancel my order?
If production hasn't started, we'll always do our best to help.
However, once we've begun handcrafting your jewellery, cancellations or changes can no longer be made.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
First of all, we're so sorry.
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package
The unboxing video is mandatory for every damage claim.
Without it, unfortunately, we won't be able to process a replacement.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since every Bee Orchid Beauty piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged during transit and your claim is approved, we'll happily replace it.
