That's why our returns policy is a little different.
Every Bee Orchid Beauty piece is handcrafted specifically for you.
Not picked from a warehouse.
Not mass produced.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you've changed your mind.
The only exception
If your jewellery arrives damaged during transit, we'll absolutely make it right.
To request a replacement, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your Order Number
• Clear photographs
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning from the sealed package
The unboxing video helps us verify transit damage fairly for every customer.
Without one, we won't be able to approve the request.
Replacements
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll begin creating your replacement piece as soon as possible.

Natural stones, pearls and original beads are beautifully unique.
Small differences in colour, shape and texture aren't defects—they're exactly what make your jewellery one of a kind.
