By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. We've kept them simple, transparent, and easy to understand, just the way we like things.

Handmade by Nature

Every Bee Orchid Beauty piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches.

Because we work with original beads, natural stones, pearls, and other carefully selected materials, slight variations in colour, shape, texture, or pattern are natural and are part of what makes every piece unique.

No two pieces will ever be exactly alike, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure our product descriptions and photographs accurately represent each design.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, or device.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

While we do our best to keep our website accurate, Bee Orchid Beauty reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, discontinue products, or cancel orders if necessary.

If your order is cancelled after payment due to an error on our end, you'll receive a full refund.

Orders & Payments

We currently accept prepaid orders only.

Since every piece is handcrafted specifically for you and production begins shortly after an order is placed, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and dispatched.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier partner and destination.

While we'll always do our best to help, Bee Orchid Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

As every piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photographs
A continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning from the sealed package

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Approved claims will receive a replacement in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Jewellery Care

Our jewellery is designed to be worn and loved.

Proper care is essential to maintain its appearance and longevity. Please refer to our Jewellery Care Guide before use.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, cosmetics, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this website, including our brand name, logo, jewellery designs, product names, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, website design, packaging concepts, written content, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Bee Orchid Beauty and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, manufacture, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our jewellery designs or any content found on this website without our prior written permission.

Our designs are original creations. Any attempt to imitate, replicate, or commercially reproduce them, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

User Content

If you tag Bee Orchid Beauty on social media or share photos featuring our jewellery, you grant us permission to request and, upon your approval, repost your content across our website, social media channels, and marketing materials with appropriate credit wherever possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bee Orchid Beauty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
