Every Bee Orchid Beauty piece begins with intention.

Unlike mass-produced jewellery, our pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches, allowing us to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and the finer details that make each design special.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be handcrafted, carefully inspected, and prepared for dispatch.

We believe exceptional craftsmanship is never rushed.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

Delivery timelines after dispatch may vary depending on your location and the courier partner.

Where We Ship

Bee Orchid Beauty currently ships across India.

While we're not offering international shipping just yet, it's something we're looking forward to in the future. If and when international shipping becomes available, we'll update this page with all the details.

Prepaid Orders

As every piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we currently accept prepaid orders only.

Production begins shortly after an order is placed, which is why Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate at the time of checkout.

Bee Orchid Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided with the order.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to dispatch every order within our estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Should your order be affected, we'll do our best to keep you informed and assist wherever possible.

Lost Shipments

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

We'll work closely with our courier partner to investigate the matter and support you throughout the process.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You'll always know exactly what you're paying before placing your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and someone is available to receive your order.  If we do not receive a response within 30 days of contacting you, Bee Orchid Beauty reserves the right to consider the order abandoned. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
